Within 90 days of placing your order in our online store, you can contact any questions regarding your order in our technical support, and we will promptly provide you with further instructions for solving your problem.
Please note, if your item was delayed by the postal service or customs in your country, and after being returned to us, we will only refund the amount of the item itself, as we cannot refund postage. This is stated in our "Agreement" which you sign when placing your order: we cannot control and be responsible for your postal service, country, or customs.
We make the return of the goods (the cost of the return shipping is paid by the customer), on the equipment and accessories only if the product is non-working and/or arrived damaged (if after the investigation it is proved the damage is not by the delivery company and/or customs) or the customer wants to return the goods at provided that it was not in use and is not damaged. In the second case, the refund is made only after the goods arrive at our warehouse, and we will be able to verify this.
On all products from the category ‘For beauty’, we do not make refunds, due to the nature of the products, so carefully choose them when placing an order.
We can make compensation – when the product is badly damaged or you did not receive your order (we will send you an identical item or make a refund).
Refund Request and Reason for Return
You can make a request for a refund in your personal account, if you have previously registered on the site, without registration you can return the refund after correspondence with our employees.
The reason for the return (money or identical goods) can be the conditions when:
- I received the wrong item;
- I received badly damaged goods.
Operation Returns and Refund Status
When a return request has been received from you, the return status in the Personal Cabinet by default is ‘Under Consideration’.
In our store, there are two different return transactions (depending on the situation and customer requirements):
- Exchange (sent an identical product replacement): we will review your application, and if the fact of damage and/or nonconformity is confirmed, we will send you an identical item;
- Refunded: we will review your application, and if the fact of damage and/or nonconformity is confirmed, we will refund your money (in this case, we will refund the damage within 25 days to your card/bank account, and the return status will be changed to ‘Money Refunded’).
You can cancel your order, but only in the case if it's not shipped from our warehouse.
But you'll have to pay all bank charges for processing this operation. That is, the amount of all commissions will be automatically written off from the total amount of the order, and the difference is returned to your account or bank card within 25 days.
Unfortunately, the shipped and paid order is not subject to change. You should just do one more if you decide to purchase other items from the store. This order will arrive in a separate parcel.
